RETURNS POLICY
At Kingkong Sportswear, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. This Returns Policy outlines your rights and our procedures in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. We’re happy to offer a store credit or exchange for full-priced items provided that:

Your return is lodged within 14 days of receiving your order;

The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition (including tags and packaging); and

The item is not a sale, clearance, or final item.
Please note: We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns. Store credit will be issued once your return is received and approved.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.
Please contact us at kingkongsportswear@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

A description of the issue, and

Clear photos of the fault or damage.
Our team will assess your claim and advise the next steps.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return address and instructions.

Please package your item securely and send it back using a trackable postage service.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Underwear, bodysuits, or swimwear (unless faulty)

Earrings or jewellery

Gift cards
-
Final sale or clearance items
5. Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved store credits or exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your return.
If a refund is applicable for a faulty or incorrect item, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
