 What We Cover

You may be eligible for compensation if:

  • Your order arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item, color, or size
  • Your package is lost in transit
  • Items are missing from your shipment

 How to Request Compensation

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order or the expected delivery date (for lost items). Here’s what we need:

  1. Your order number
  2. brief description of the issue
  3. Clear photos of any damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Once we review your request, eligible orders may receive one of the following:

  • discount code for a future purchase

We assess each case individually to determine the most appropriate solution.

 What’s Not Covered

Compensation does not apply to:

  • Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Minor color or size variation due to screen differences or production tolerances
  • General wear and tear after use

 Processing Time

Compensation requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days. If approved, we’ll process your replacement, refund, or credit immediately.
