What We Cover
You may be eligible for compensation if:
- Your order arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item, color, or size
- Your package is lost in transit
- Items are missing from your shipment
How to Request Compensation
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order or the expected delivery date (for lost items). Here’s what we need:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of any damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Compensation Options
Once we review your request, eligible orders may receive one of the following:
- A free replacement
- A discount code for a future purchase
We assess each case individually to determine the most appropriate solution.
What’s Not Covered
Compensation does not apply to:
- Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Minor color or size variation due to screen differences or production tolerances
- General wear and tear after use
Processing Time
Compensation requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days. If approved, we’ll process your replacement, refund, or credit immediately.
